LAMP Developer Needed (Evaluation to Hire)

Our client is looking to bring someone onsite for an evaluation to hire opportunity paying $20-25 /hr and 30hrs per week to start.  Both the pay and hours will increase consummate with experience upon getting hired.

We are looking for a hands-on PHP developer who codes in their sleep.  Not someone who simply provides out of the box (hamburger helper) type solutions.  Critical thinking skills, the desire to learn and build a team are essential to success.

It probably could go without saying but proficiency in HTML will also be required.  Other object oriented languages such as AJAX, Flash, Java, etc are an added benefit.

This isn’t a Jr. Developer position; we will want to see working examples and code samples that can be attributed to you.
