We are looking for someone to join a great team of programmers at our small Portland company. We use PHP throughout, and are introducing extensive Ajax. We also use an XML Content Base, so XQuery skills could come in handy as well. We are looking for full time, on location.

I've been doing web development for over a decade, and was independent for many years. This company is such a great place to work that they were able to convince me to stay put.
