Candidate should have 5+ years experience in development with expert level knowledge in enterprise web development. Expertise is required in HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, and SQL is required. Strongly prefer substantial experience in OSS (open source software) development, including LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP), but are open to individuals with a strong J2EE or .NET background who wish to work with OSS. Must be comfortable interviewing end users, gathering and documenting requirements, and assist in the implementation of and training on software systems, as well as mentoring other developers.
