Need some PHP help, on the server end...

I am having trouble with PHP in IIS; I started with PHP4, MYSQL4 and IS6

Worked Great, Should have left it!

Now am at a point in where I upgraded PHP to 5 (current new release version), once I did this I could not communicated with MYSQL, I found that mysql is not enabled by default anymore by PHP so I went ahead and accessed the PHP.INI File, made the changes (added the php_mysql.dll file to extensions) after I did this I realized my PHP was not viewing a INI file.. After a bit of screwing around trying to figure out why, I got it to load, once it loads I get an error of “PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01BB932E”

Can you help? Or point me in a direction of help?

My end needs to include PHP5/MYSQL5 on IIS6 under W2k3Ent32B

(I have upgraded MYSQL to 5 as well now thinking that might have helped, no progress though)
