Contract/Local Web Developers

Hi. Moto Interactive in NW Portland is looking for contract / freelance Web Developers to work on a variety of websites for a variety of clientele. Applicant should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as on their own.

Qualities that we're looking for in all applicants
1) ability to take photoshop documents and build them into XHTML/CSS templates that validate
2) strong skills in PHP and MySQL
3) good familiarity with OOP and jQuery
4) experience with the Cake PHP or Symfony frameworks
5) excellent understanding of browser quirks on both the Windows and Mac platform
6) developers that are constantly seeking to improve user experiences as well as their own skillset with every project
7) strong 'self-starter' and time estimating skills with abilities to meet deadlines and budgets accurately
