Audio Library

Does anyone know of an audio library for PHP that would allow one to take two or more separate audio files and mix them together, preferably with control over volume and panning throughout the mix?

I don't think what you are detailing has been built for open source consumption but using ampache, you can add more capabilities I imagine.

adobe is working on "soundbooth" which seems wrong for your use and is probably proprietary (code and the code's language choice)

Still, the article was an interesting read. If it is commercially completed, the open source is usually "down the road" and not immediately written, as free takes lots of volunteer time.
