Local COLOs?

My company is looking for a co-location facility in (or very close to)  Portland.  I've googled around a bit and found a few candidates, but I wanted to hear if any of you guys had any experiences (good or bad). Basically I want somewhere that will take care of everything BUT my box... I'll manage it.

The two biggest qualifications are 24/7/365 physical access and 99.99% guaranteed uptime. Everything else is negotiable.

The two places that I've been seriously considering are easystreet.com and iinet.com, but I'm more than willing to consider anywhere else.

Thoughts?
