Some of you recommended using CAKE framework -> I gave it shot - installed it on a public server and would like to get bakin'

I was hoping to accelerate my learning by having one of you help me learn good practices...

Would you be willing to trade some of your knowledge of PHP : CAKE for some graphic design work?
