Space on a Managed Dedicated Host Box

I'm looking into leasing a fully-managed dedicated linux box from Peer1 and was hoping to find some "roommates."

I plan to keep the load on this box down to no more than 20 sites.  I'll be optimizing the configuration for sites running on PHP5 and MySQL4.1.  I want to keep this box as reliable as possible - no weird third-party stuff.  My goal is to create as solid one-box hosting environment as possible for a handful of clients that can't afford for email and sites to go down.  And I don't want to have to worry about server monitoring and maintenance.  (Personally, I'll also be outsourcing secondary DNS and backup MX records.)
