PHP Programmer Needed

Greetings,
I am looking for someone who is an expert with PHP and development including databases etc. The job is part time and two fold. a. being involved with current website on an emergency basis (if problems happen), and b. developing new features in the future. This person needs to be at the top of ability, as time is of the essence if we have problems with the website. Please send links to websites you have created and experience resume. Website is involved with beneficiaries and philanthropic endeavors.
